Sambut Ramadhan Di Kampung, JB

As my hubbby and eldest son spending their time in Singapore, I took this opportunity to be with my family in JB. I went to my favourite eating places and enjoyed many food that I couldn't find in KL, or even if they exist in KL, the taste won't be as I expected :) ... I had my favourite Mee Rebus Tulang at ZZ Restaurant. It was so good and had satisfied my appetite indeed...

On the Merdeka eve, my BIL who just received his ex-gratia $$$ from Public Bank treated us dinner at LC Restaurant near Jalan Tebrau (if I'm not mistaken).. we had seafood dishes and of course I absorbed extra calories and cholesterol that night :)

On the Merdeka day, at last, my hubby and son joined us. We went to my grandma's house in Felda Cahaya Baru. We had plenty of coconut juice after my BIL generously offered his talent in climbing the coconut tree. The wasn't that tall though. However, I wasn't feeling well and had fever on the day.

On the 1st. Ramadhan I was still suffering from the cold. I stayed in bed most of the day, but still, I continue my 1st day fasting :)

International Fireworks Competition at Putrajaya

Assalamualaikum,
Ohh!! It came again... Thank God they held it again this year. Last year I never missed a day. My hubby jez couldn't bear staying at home when we could hear the blasting sound of the giant fireworks from our house. However, this year I missed 2 days of the show. I missed Spain and Australia shows which were on 24th and  29th August. On the 24th, it was raining quite heavy and our kids were tired and slept early, so we decided to stay home. Then, on the 29th. I went back to my 'kampung', JB. My hubby and my eldest son went for a trip tp Singapore for Kiddokickers friendly football match with Singapore kid team. I have not been driving long distance since I got married 11 years ago. The three of us me, my daughter and youngest son, started our journey after we sent my hubby and abang Syahmi to KL, their departure point. The jouney went smoothly, until I reached Pagoh, I got pretty sleepy then. Refused to take any risk, I stop at Pagoh R&R and had really deep sleep for about an hour. My kids however, just played at the back seat. Lucky enough, we reached JB safely :)

Well back to the Fireworks story. The first day was on 12 Aug, by Malaysian team. Well the show was so so... but still entertaining. The second day was on 16 Aug, by China Team. Surprisingly, despite their reputation of Firework manufacturer Team China's performance was not up to my expectation. It was almost close to Team Malaysia level... :P... and the third one I saw on 20 Aug, by Canada team. Canada was teh best so far. I like their show so much :))

***pictures will be pasted later... the earliest opportunity come to me... if available :P

How to overcome this "Penyakit M" ??

It has been a while since i made my last posting in this not so pretty blog. I dun know why but this "Penyakit M" aka MALAS, has been haunting me for quite sometimes. I'm sure En. Bakri once in a while go thru his students' blogs, and he surely see how 'hardworking' his students are for having such oudated blogs... Well, so sorry En. Bakri.
Anyway, time passes by so quickly that you almost dun even realize how fast it goes. Now the IS220 Intake 2 students are already in Semester 3... Mak aiii cepat nyer... another 4 subjects we have to struggle for in order to proceed to 4th semester smoothly. Thank god, in this semester we have one project paper that we dun have to sit for any exam... kurang sikit akak kena belajar... he he...
So... as usual, I shall strive and try my best.... to those yang 'Bujang-bujang' tu... come on la guys... uols absolutely can do better :) Good Luck everyone!!!

Here it comes again!!

This semester final exam is just around the corner. I thought about updating my blog but I had to postpone due to time factor. I'm sure everyone knew what I'm talking about.

Well, I'm taking this opportunity to wish everyone of you "GOOD LUCK & BEST WISHES" for the exam and may success be ours.... aminnn.

I'll continue this bloging business later... there're quite alot in my mind to be shared with you all.

On The Race Day of Malaysian GP

After not being able to obtain the grandstand tickets, we went for our 'Plan B', which was to purchase the C2 tickets for students (students get 50% off for this ticket :)). It didn't matter where we sit, as long as we were able to watch this annual event.
Our car was parked at PB2, which was closed to the main entrance, taking the Circuit Shuttle was the best opt to reach at C2 without getting much trouble, or, you'll have to walk quite far that it could make your shirt wet of sweat! Anyway, as usual before we
took the Circuit Shuttle, we managed to do some shopping at the merchandise booth. Believe it or not there are always 'F1 hardcore fans'
who are willing to spend thousands of $$$ to buy the most prestigious sport's merchandise. My nephew got himself a RM200 BMW Sauber latest design t-shirt... Well actually, it's hard to find stuff sold at below RM100.

The weather forecast predicted that it's going to be rain later that evening, although the sky had been quite dark but lucky enough, it started to ra
in after everything's over.

My nephew sat besides those 'Mat Salleh' chicks, but we couldn't understand their language. May be they're from somewhere in South America. Most of the foreigners couldn't stand the heat and some of them even took off their shirts and their color got really pink....!!

At this time around, Felipe Massa was leading (not in pic),
Kimi Raikkonen 2nd. and BMW 3rd. A very comfortable position, but later, before even reached the 30th. lap, Felipe Massa was out of the race..... hu hu hu! Ferrari's fans hope for 1 - 2 victory was destroyed!!

Ferrari driver, Kimi Raikkonen on his way to VICTORY! WAY TO GO FERRARI!!!!
FINAL RESULTS
1- Kimi Raikkonen of Ferrari
2- Robert Kubica of BMW Sauber
3- Heikki Kovalainen of McLaren

Important Note! :-
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Norazlina Musa and Nurul Shafinas who had undoubtedly let me borrow their student passes..... Thank you so much! Jasamu dikenang!!!

Malaysian GP on 23rd March

Malaysian GP is just around the corner and of course my hubby and I will definitely go insya'Allah. Anyway, last Sunday, Lewis Hamilton of McLaren won the Australian GP.... hmmm he again??
I have to ask you guys one question. Is Hamilton really a good driver or he got the opportunity to drive a really good car ??? I'm confused!!

Gifts from my kids....

Recently I had my birthday. I'm not into celebrating my birthdays although some people said it's only number's'... my hubby knew it well. However, things went on as usual on that day. I received B'day's SMSs, calls, emails and e-cards. I got home early to prepare 'really simple' dinner for my family. Then a bit larter, hubby came back with kids and to my surprised, each of them had a bag of gift in their hands. They really touched me 'inside'. My third kid handed me a bag with Ultraman DVD inside... and he quickly took it back before I had the chance to even look at the cover.... :)

Look at what I had for my birthday...
1- A pink towel
2- Harry Potter Novel
3- Pens
4- Tapes
5- Pink highlighter
6- Ultraman DVD (not in picture... )
Aren't they so lovely!!

12th GE Results, things getting better or worst ???

It has been more than 7 days since 12th GE being over. I should have updated this result earlier, but you all sure understood my situation. There's so much to do with not so much time I had.
Well... we already knew the results. 'Unusual things' happened here and there. As far as I remembered, never before any Sultans of any state 'not in favor' with PM's choice of MBs. What's going on around here? NEP abolishment in Penang huh?
Anyway... whatever it is, please keep our country peaceful, violence-free and safe to live in.. always.

Bekas Personaliti TV3 dikejar lembu!

Note : This is not a political campaign, it's just a hilarious story about wearing 'red' attire in front of a cow.

General Election 8th March 2008

Early next month, once again we are given our right to choose our goverment. Actually, my family had planned a trip to Singapore on the day. Our son, Syahmi, is supposed to have a football tournament (under 10) competing with the Singaporean team.

Anyway, since our PM announced the day of general election, the organizing committee had made a few adjustment on the tournament day...

Well, the election day is just around the corner, we sure have decided which party we want our country to be ruled by. Which one are you??

Everybody deserves to be happy!!

After more than 40 years of a happy marriage, my mother in-law, Che Mah Binti Awang passed away on 21st. September 2002. It was so sad. I never saw my husband cried before. My husband is the youngest child in his family and he was so closed with his mother. A few days after the funeral, my sister in-law moved in to the family house to take care of my sad FIL, Ismail Bin Othman.

Time passed by, children's love and care could never challenged wife's. FIL who was 78 y/o in 2006 got so lonely and ready to get married again. There was no objections by all his children. It was a match-make marriage. FIL got married again on the 10th December 2006 with a relative, a 59 y/o lady, who had never been married before. My sister in-law moved out soon after he got married. Unfortunately, his new wife left him after only 2 weeks of marriage. There was no specific reason given. Feeling frustrated and betrayed, my FIL divorced his 2nd. wife around June 2007.

The lonely heart of an old man still needs to be filled by a person called wife. After about a year living alone, once again he accepted his 'jodoh' on 7th February 2008, with a 60 y/o lady, a match-make marriage too. Well please pray for his long lasting 'jodoh' this time.... Let the 3rd. time be the last ever....

A wife, a mother, a daughter, a sister, an employee & a student

Have you ever realized how many roles you play in yourlife?? Me… ?? I figured out six roles in mylife…..
1. I’m a wife to my husband and I have to make sure he’ll stay with me for the rest of our lives.
2. I’m a mother of three and I must educate my children so that they will be a good person to our religion, race and nation.
3. I’m a daughter who still have mother to love and take care of.
4. I’m a sister who have siblings to love and care.
5. I’m an employee and must be responsible for tasks in the company for I get paid for it.
6. I’m a student and in order to get good grades, I must put a lot of effort because I must also play the other three roles above….

How’s that? There are still more roles that I left out…. You figure it out while ‘YOU READ MY MIND’!!

Blogging

Assalamualaikum,
Brothers & Sisters...

I've not been writing for quite long.... I had left this blogging matters months ago. I wrote a blog for my school batch mate. But... left it due to no one is willing to take over. Sometimes it's not easy to catch up things when you are obliged to play several roles in yourlives -- (Please refer to my 2nd posting)
Well... back to this semester subject. Never cross in to my mind that we would have to write a BLOG... well... this is cool... but may be difficult for those who:-
1) Never know how to create a Blog (But, En. Bakri will teach you all)
2) Have difficulties to put in words what's in your mind.
3) Shy...
Anyway... please try your best because we'll get out on going marks for this :D
So... Please read... ' You REad My Mind'......
